The Parties have reached a settlement for $8,275,000 in cash (the “Settlement”) for the benefit of the Settlement Class (defined below). On November 15, 2021, the Court held a hearing to consider final approval of the Settlement and related matters and announced it would approve the Settlement. The court entered a final Judgment approving the Settlement and orders approving the Plan of Allocation for the proceeds of the Settlement and awarding attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses.

If you are a member of the Settlement Class, you are subject to the Settlement. The Settlement Class consists of the following:

All persons and entities that purchased or otherwise acquired the Class A common stock of SciPlay Corporation pursuant and/or traceable to the Registration Statement for SciPlay’s May 3, 2019 initial public offering of Class A common stock, and were allegedly damaged thereby.

For purposes of the Settlement, only purchases/acquisitions of shares from May 3, 2019 through October 14, 2019, the date this lawsuit was filed, (the “Relevant Period”) will be potentially eligible for a recovery.

Excluded from the Settlement Class are certain persons and entities (see paragraph 33 of the Notice) or those who requested exclusion.
